Lipedema Lifestyle Support

This program, designed for individuals with lipedema, is structured to support the physical therapy and medical approaches implemented after diagnosis.
Following diagnosis, many women are often faced with the need to make simultaneous changes in multiple areas, including nutrition, sleep patterns, physical activity, body awareness, and daily lifestyle habits.

Workshops & Events

I offer educational and experiential workshops focused on holistic wellness, anti-inflammatory living, and nervous system regulation. These sessions are designed to provide both knowledge and practical tools you can integrate into your daily life.
